Hey y'all, it's Gary checking in from, uh, South Congress Avenue. It's, uh, Tuesday morning 9:46 a.m. It's uh March 25th, and I am next to one of the most competitive selfie spots in all of Texas. Um, this is Jo’s cafe, uh, Jo’s Coffee on the corner of South Congress and West James. And just taking a look now south down South Congress Avenue, you can see traffic is flowing freely, um, minimal pedestrian traffic, just one or two folks here ordering coffee at Jo’s. It's gonna be a scorcher. We'll be flirting, I think with 90 degrees today, and already, uh already getting up there. Um, so that's your view from, uh, Jo’s Coffee on the intersection section of South Congress and James, uh, 78704 on Tuesday morning, March 25th. It's uh Tuesday morning 9:56 a.m. on March 25th, and I am standing at one of the most competitive selfie spots in Austin, if not in all of Texas. I'm outside of Jo’s Coffee on the corner of South Congress Avenue and uh James Street. And just stepping out onto South Congress now, taking a look south down Soco, you can see the traffic actually is really light. It's almost clear right now. Um, pretty minimal pedestrian traffic for Jo’s little handful of folks there ordering coffee, and, uh, if I do a 180, you can see looking north up south Congress to the beautiful Austin skyline, everything moving great. Tuesday morning, 10:01 a.m. I'm outside of Jo’s Coffee on the intersection section of uh South Congress Avenue and James. I'm just walking uh south down South Congress Avenue now. And uh as you can see, yeah pedestrian traffic still light and uh vehicle traffic moving freely along South Congress Avenue, up next to the Hotel San Jose now, and if I spin around, you can see that there are a lot of available curbside parking spots here, the ones that you reverse into at 90 degrees. So that's an indication of just how quiet it is out here on a muggy Tuesday morning, March 25th on South Congress Avenue.
