Bat Bridge Viewing. Austin’s Congress Avenue Bridge Draws Enthusiasts for Bat Spectacle

April 15th, 741 2025. Congress Avenue Bridge. People are gathered here to see the bats. They got their cameras ready. The bats come out of dark and it gets darker about two minutes later every night. People are getting ready, lots of out of towners, uh, a lot of people getting uh photos, trying to get a good spot here and uh trying to get a good video of the bats. Maybe he'll just April 15, 2025, 8:13 in the evening. I'm on top of the Congress Avenue bridge, and the bats right now this evening, I don't know because if it's too windy, but they're all conjugated right in the same area. They're going out just a little bit. They're not flying out in large clouds, uh, like other nights right now they're just staying on the edge right there. Uh, we'll keep a look out and see if it changes.
